Allyson
McKinney, Vice President of Quality, is responsible for developing, implementing
and monitoring the application of the best business practices throughout our
organization. Ms. McKinney
oversees the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care and Verification
Departments while working closely with Field Operations to ensure that MDS’s
commitment to quality and process improvement remains a primary focus.
Additionally,
Allyson serves as Marketing Coordinator for MDS coordinating all special events
and marketing activities, managing the MDS website, and providing all graphic
design and copywriting for corporate communications.
Since joining our team in 2005, Allyson has served as Customer Care Manager,
Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Operations Manager and Special Projects Manager
for MDS.
As Customer Care
Manager, she was instrumental in the development of the department and our
custom software applications. As the Assistant Operations Manager and Special
Projects Manager, she was actively involved in field operations, contract
negotiations, and marketing while retaining a key role in the Customer Care
department. Allyson's extensive experience in nearly every branch of the
organization affords her the opportunity to "see the big picture" and implement
changes which consistently improve our processes allowing us to better serve our
clients.
Prior to joining MDS, Allyson spent several years working in client relations and
advertising with clients in a wide range of industries including technology,
telecommunications, and distribution.
Prior to joining MDS, Allyson was with one of the nation’s leading
providers of physician communications management solutions. Her ideas are
invaluable for any company seeking to build strong and lasting relationships
with their clients and customers.
Ms. McKinney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Strategic Communications
with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations from the University
of Kentucky. Allyson currently resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.
