George has over ten years of diversified industry experience in all aspects of distribution, network implementation, design and support; tele-communications; database administration and design as well as software and hardware support. He joined our corporate staff in 2000 and was promoted to IT manager and later Director of Information Technology.  In 2008, George assumed the role of Executive Vice President acting as liasion between the President and MDS Management team. 

Additionally, George manages a team of information technology professionals who are experts in connectivity, database and systems administration, systems analysis and programming. Responsible for all IT projects throughout our organization, including disaster recovery and security, George remains involved in virtually all operations of the company. He is the architect of MDS IT strategy and orchestrates its implementation.

George is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds certifications in Comptia A+ and Network+. He has completed requirements for Microsoft Certified Database Administrator designation and as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

In addition to his IT responsibilities, George is in charge of the current 14,000 square-foot headquarters space and the 5000 square-foot records warehouse; and plans for growth and expansion to meet MDS’ future needs.

George’s wealth of experience in all areas of the business and his technical knowledge and expertise secure his position as a key member of the MDS management team.
