John’s career at MDS includes a comprehensive rotation of assignments designed to prepare him for broad management responsibilities. He has been involved in the directory delivery business since 1993.

In January of 1994, John began his involvement with MDS as a Field Manager. In this position, he began planning the routing of jobs in the field. He also developed an experienced crew of contractors and hired and trained labor personnel to aid in distribution projects in Oklahoma, Texas and surrounding areas.

In 2002, John was promoted and moved from Oklahoma to our headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he served as the head of the Planning and Verification Departments.

As the company expanded the Planning department demanded John's full attention and he was promoted to Planning Manager.  In this position, John was responsible for the company’s pre-delivery statistical planning, routing and mapping for nearly 500 jobs per year. John was instrumental in the development of the new MDS ADRS-Plus system and heavily involved in ongoing IT projects involving mapping and routing.

In his role as Vice President of Operations, John is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring operational efficiencies and processes for both in-house and field operations. John works directly with clients and field personnel to ensure corporate objectives are met
