The MDS Team

MDS headquarters employs approximately 160 full and part-time people in Knoxville, Tennessee, including Management, Operations, Customer Care, Accounting, Recruiting, IT, Mapping, Routing, Call Center and Support Personnel. In addition, MDS has 36 experienced Field Managers, stationed across the country, who manage the delivery process onsite. MDS Field Managers hires and trains 3,000+ delivery contractors recruited throughout the country over the course of a year!
